How to track my order

  • You can track your order through your account or by clicking on the tracking link in your order confirmation email.
  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your order has shipped.

What is your shipping policy

  • We use a standard shipping methods which can take between 5-10 business days to arrive. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
  • Free shipping for orders over $75.

Is there a pickup option

  • Yes, we do have a pickup option exclusively available for customers in the Brooklyn area! (located -Crown Heights). We understand the need for convenience and cost-saving measures, which is why we offer a pickup option for your purchases. By opting for pickup, you can save on shipping fees.
  • After placing your order, it will typically be ready within 24 hours.
  • We'll notify you via email when you order is ready for pickup with the specific address. This way, you can plan your visit accordingly.
  • Simply come by our location in Brooklyn, and we'll be ready to hand you your order.
  • Please be aware that pickup is only available for customers in the Brooklyn area. Additionally, we do not have a try-on area available as of now. Pickup is strictly for collecting your order
  • Should you need to return your item, you have to drop it off within 14 days. Please email when you plan on coming by to return the item.

How can I return an items

  • You can initiate a return request by visiting our Contact page.
  • Items can be returned within 7 days of arrival. You have 14 days to exchange or get a gift card that never expires. If you requested or sent back any items later then the return date they will be denied.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. If they seemed worn or stained in anyway you will be responsible for the reshipping fee and will not get a refund.

when can I expect my refund

Please allow 2-5 business days upon delivery for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been processed. A credit will be posted to your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your credit company.

Are returns free

  • When your request for a return is accepted, you will receive a return label for your convenience. Once we receive your item, we will deduct $7.95 from your refund for the return label. If you would like a gift card instead of a refund, that return label is FREE!

What if my package is lost/ stolen or came damaged

  • Please reach out to our customer service team if you believe your package was lost/stolen. We will file a USPS/ UPS claim on your behalf. Please note, these claims can take up to 20 days to process. We will do our best to work with you and to locate your package. Keep in mind shop Noa is not responsible to refund any lost or stolen packages.
  • If your item came damaged please email our customer care team within 4 days of receiving the item. Please include a description as well as photos if applicable. When setting up a return, please specify that there is a defect on the item. If we are not contacted prior, we will not be able to accept the return back.

How do returns work if I've had an alteration done by Shop Noa NYC

  • You will not get a refund for the alteration. 
  • You can still return the item if it's altered but it must be unworn and in new condition. 
  • There is a $5.99 fee for removing the alterations.
